1、Check the machine regularly
When switching on the machine, any stone crushing equipment should pay attention to shutting down the machine regularly and checking the wear inside the machine. In the process of inspecting crusher, it is necessary to wait for the machine to stop running completely before it can be repaired, so that a series of dangers can be avoided. When repairing the machine, we must check the fragile parts. After the fragile parts reach the maximum wear resistance, they must be replaced in time.
2、Regular inspection of accessories
Conveyor belt is indispensable in stone production line, and the drive of machine depends on conveyor belt. Adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt regularly to ensure the conveyor belt is evenly loaded. Bearing wear is relatively large in use, refueling regularly can increase the service life of the bearing, adding 50-70% of the total amount of bearing. Under normal conditions, the temperature rise of bearings should not exceed 35 and the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 70 C. If the movable jaw bearings are maintained, only cleaning and oil change are usually arranged, and the bearings need not be replaced. The usual way is to pull the bearing and eccentric shaft out of the bearing chamber.
3、Lubricate parts well
Often pay attention to the timely lubrication of the friction surface, which can ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend its service life. The lubricating grease used should be determined according to the place of use, temperature and other conditions. The grease added to the bearing seat is 50-70% of its volume and must be replaced every three months. When replacing the new oil, clean gasoline or kerosene must be used to clean the dirt in the bearing and bearing seat. The contact between elbow plate and elbow pad must be greased before the machine starts.

1、Minor overhaul (Once half a year)
1.Clean up pneumatic triple and solenoid valve.
2.Check whether the bolts in the connection box of the motor are loosened or not, replace the damaged sealing ring.
3.Removal and lubrication of roller bearings
4.Check the wear of sprockets and chains.
5.Check the tightness of the compression spring and make necessary adjustments
6.Check the wear of crushing roll.
2、Annual overhaul(Once a year)
1.All content of minor repair.
2.Check motor bearings and replace lubricants.
3.Check the wear of pulleys.
4.Check and replace cylinder seal ring and piston ring.
5.Check whether the safety trip switch is flexible and reliable.
6.Maintain or replace cylinder block according to wear condition of cylinder block.
7.Check the wear of rolls, feeding rolls, bearings and bearing holders, and replace or repair them if necessary.
8.Check and replace the adjusting spring
Daily maintenance
1.Turn off the power switch and clean the materials scattered around the crusher. Check whether the screw is loose at the joint of the motor and the reducer.
2.There is a circular oil level mirror outside the reducer box, through which the lubricating oil of the reducer can be checked regularly. Generally, the oil cover of reducer is half of the oil level mirror. If it is less than half of the oil level mirror, it should be refueled.
